📦 Shipping Information

Paintball Deals ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed by 12 PM EST ship same day. Orders ship from multiple warehouses across the U.S. to get your gear to you fast — most orders arrive within 1–5 business days.

Business days include Monday–Friday only. Carriers do not count weekends or holidays as transit days.

⚠️ Legal Restrictions:
Some U.S. cities prohibit the sale or shipment of paintball guns, including (but not limited to) Boston, NYC, Philadelphia, and Washington D.C. Restricted orders will be canceled and refunded. Please check your local laws before purchasing.

We offer Free Ground Shipping on orders over $50! Some items under $50 may also qualify — check the product page for details. Free shipping typically takes 1–5 business days, depending on your location. Tracking is provided once your order ships.

🚀 Shipping Details

• We currently ship to the United States only due to manufacturer restrictions.

• Orders may ship in multiple packages from different warehouses.

• Free shipping may go via USPS, FedEx, or UPS at our discretion.

• Transit times are estimated, not guaranteed. For time-sensitive orders, please select an Expedited option at checkout.

• Any delivery issues or claims must be reported within 5 days of the carrier’s confirmed delivery date.

🔁 Returns Policy

We accept returns for brand new, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of the invoice date. All tags, manuals, and accessories must be included.

• Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

• Used, damaged, or incomplete items may incur additional fees.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Defective items must first be verified by the manufacturer’s tech department before approval.

• Approved defective returns within 30 days will be replaced. Manufacturer warranties apply thereafter.

• Refused or undeliverable packages follow the standard return policy.

🟡 Paintballs:
All paintballs are inspected before shipment. Because paint is perishable and fragile, no returns are accepted on paintballs. We pack each case carefully to ensure the best possible condition.

🚫 Open Box and Clearance items are Final Sale — no returns accepted.

Please allow 3–5 business days for processing once your return is received. Credit card refunds may take an additional 3–5 days for your bank to apply.

🎄 Holiday Return Policy

Orders placed between November 1st and Christmas qualify for extended returns through January 31st.
